Luci Community Guidelines

Luci is for adults who want discretion and respect. These rules are part of our Terms of Service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Always

• Be 18+ and be yourself. Pass the ID check honestly; one account per person.
• Respect a "no", silence, a block or an unmatch. Consent is required for everything — including explicit messages or photos.
• Respect discretion: never expose, screenshot, record, out or blackmail anyone.

Never

• Minors: any content involving or sexualising anyone under 18, or any suggestion of it. Immediate permanent ban and report to authorities.
• Threats and violence: threats, encouraging self-harm, glorifying violence.
• Harassment: insults, pressure, repeated unwanted contact, stalking, doxing.
• Hate: attacks on people for race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or similar.
• Explicit content in public places: profile photos, headline, bio and notes to people you haven't matched with must not be sexually explicit or nude.
• Non-consensual intimate content of anyone, including sending explicit images to someone who hasn't asked for them.
• Scams, spam and sales: money requests, crypto/investment pitches, sex work advertising, links to other services.
• Fakes: impersonation, stolen photos, catfishing.
• Illegal activity of any kind.

How we enforce

• Some text is checked automatically before it is posted; blocked content is never shown to anyone.
• You can block someone or report a profile, chat, message or photo from inside the app. Reports are confidential.
• Our safety team reviews every report within 24 hours. Outcomes range from removing content and a warning to suspension or a permanent ban. Banned members cannot rejoin with the same ID.
• Accounts with serious or repeated reports are paused from Discover immediately while we review.
